There should be lines out the door! Priced right, fast enough, friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, generous portion sizes. We appreciated the menu variety. I got the spaghetti and my partner got the Western Burger. Perfect comfort food. Thank you, Joe! Can’t wait to return!

Our server Layla was stellar the food was stellar. I ordered breakfast at 5pm and the country gravy was fresh eggs perfect all and all had a wonderful experience. Going to order some confections to bring home 2go super full. I just can't pass the desert case and not get anything.

I was traveling for work, staying at the hotel at the Arcata airport (Holiday Inn Exp). I had the burger doordashed, and hot damn if it wasnt the highlight of my day. One of the best burgers between Ukiah and Arcata for sure. Friggin thing was huge AND cheap. I highly recommend!!!
Joe's Green Barn was a lovely treat today! They have just opened in the space previously occupied by Niveen's, and the entire interior has been redone. The servers were very friendly and the food was delivered quickly. Soups and salads only took about 5 minutes to arrive after we ordered, and the entrees were soon to follow. I started off with the vegetable beef soup. It was very well-seasoned and full of flavor; the pieces of beef melted in the mouth. The Cajun Chicken Pasta and Chicken Fettuccine were both served with 2 slices of garlic bread, and enough sauce for dipping the bread. They offer several mimosa flavor options, and a selection of beers and wines. The menu is extensive, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, each served all day. When you're finished with the main course, move on to their offerings of cakes, pies, and ice creams.
